Two routes, one coordinated strategy
Two ways to start in the United States
1. Validate your U.S. market
Before investing in a structure, we analyse your product or service, the customer you want to reach and the most realistic route to market. The project is tested against the U.S. market and converted into an actionable roadmap.
- Product, service and value proposition.
- Priority customers, regions and segments.
- Competition and demand signals.
- Channels, partners and barriers to entry.
- Recommendation: validate, adapt, postpone or implement.
- Roadmap for the first commercial phase.
2. Open and operate your U.S. company
When the project is ready, we define the most appropriate entity type and state, coordinate incorporation and the EIN, and organise the documents, business address, registered agent and bank-account application.
- A reasoned choice between an LLC, Corporation or another route.
- State registration and EIN application.
- Business address and registered agent.
- Post-formation documents.
- Assistance with a business bank-account application.
- Compliance calendar and ongoing support.
The decision comes before the filing
Opening an LLC is a filing. Building the right international operation is a strategic decision
A U.S. entity can create obligations in the United States and consequences in the European country from which its owner directs, operates or resides. We therefore review the activity, partners, physical presence, customers, banking operations and relationship with the European structure before recommending a route.
Analysis before formation
The legal vehicle does not replace the commercial strategy or validate the market on its own.
Europe–U.S. perspective
We assess how the entity will coexist with the founder’s residence, company and European obligations, with a perspective also informed by business collaboration between the Canary Islands, Europe and the United States.
Coordinated local capability
We integrate market testing and specialised U.S. execution through a single Advixy point of contact.
Continuity after formation
Documents, renewals, taxes, accounting and compliance do not disappear when the certificate arrives.

Answers before you decide
Frequently asked questions about opening and operating a U.S. company
Can I open a U.S. company without living there?
Yes. A non-resident can form certain entities without travelling, but the structure, documents, banking and obligations must be reviewed case by case.
Which is better, an LLC or a Corporation?
There is no universal answer. It depends on ownership, investment, activity, presence, tax and growth objectives.
Which state should I choose?
The choice should reflect real operations, cost, regulation, investors and presence, not popularity alone. Delaware, Wyoming, Florida or Texas can fit different scenarios.
Does company formation include a bank account?
Where included in the proposal, we assist with preparing and submitting an application to available providers. Approval always rests with the bank or financial provider.
Does opening an LLC remove my European tax obligations?
No. Residence, effective management, activity and the rules of the relevant European country can create obligations. Coordination should be reviewed before implementation.
What happens after the company is formed?
State renewals, tax filings and other obligations continue. The scope depends on the entity, owners and activity and should be documented.
Can I start with market research only?
Yes. This is the recommended route when the customer, channel or positioning in the U.S. has not yet been validated.
Do you work with e-commerce, SaaS and service businesses?
Yes, but each model creates different issues, such as sales tax, inventory, employees, financing, intellectual property or physical presence.
