Spanish Form 037: what changed and which form is now used
The simplified Form 037 was abolished. Census registrations, amendments and cancellations previously available through that route now use Form 036.
Short answer
Spanish Form 037 was replaced by Form 036
Order HAC/1526/2024 removed Form 037 and amended Form 036. A current guide should therefore explain the transition rather than offer 037 as a live form. The required information and evidence depend on the activity and the census change.

A historical template can lead to errors, delays or an incomplete census record.

Identity, activities, premises, taxes, withholdings and representatives may all be relevant.
The registration must be coherent
Activity codes, VAT or IGIC, income tax, address and start date should describe the same reality.

Can Form 037 still be filed?
Not as a current census form. The relevant communication now uses Form 036.
Is Form 036 only for companies?
No. Individuals also use it for applicable census registrations and changes.
Must a change of activity be reported?
Yes when declared data or obligations change. The effective date and scope should be checked.
