The general structure of the classification has been retained, but some activities have been redefined or relocated to better reflect the current dynamics of

Deadlines and Obligations for Companies
Companies registered before January 16, 2025 must communicate the update of their CNAE code before June 30, 2025. On the other hand, new companies registered as of January 1, 2025 must do so using the CNAE-2025 from their incorporation.
